I don’t want to illegally download it.
I want to spend around $ 100 or less for this software, but I can’t find a deal like this anywhere. There are websites that suspiciously offer this software for only $ 80-90 dollars, but it seems too good to be true.
No, I’m not a college student, so don’t say that I can buy it for cheap if I am.
Thanks for the suggestion, but the problem with Inkscape is that wacom is horribly supported by Inkscape, meaning that I have a lot of problems with it using my tablet. Also, I already said I’m not a college student.

You have o get i rom adobe for the original price given your surcumstances, those wevsites are either viruses or the softwar is pirated

The cheapest you can get it is if you’re College student(You might be able to get it at somewhere like Studica if your a K-12 student).
But for free. You could try:

Also, You could download the trial of:
http://www.xara.com/us/products/xtreme/
And see if that would work.
And if you’re using Mac:
http://www.xaraxtreme.org/
Or wait until it’s out for a while and try Amazon or Ebay.

If something sounds too good to be true, it usually is…
Pirated versions are laced with viruses and malware these days.
Any version not directly from Adobe or a trusted reseller could be fake or pirated, or invalid license. Same thing goes for used.
And if you’re not a student of any kind or level, and don’t want to become one, you wouldn’t qualify there.
Basically you’re asking an unanswerable question. The product costs what it does, and that’s about it. Anybody offering it to you for far cheaper, you probably shouldn’t take. So it’s kind of impossible to answer.
My suggestion is download and get the most out of the free trial, and then if you like it and it’s worth it to you, find a way to pay what it costs and is worth.
